Crack Sealing

Water gets into cracks, freezes, and turns a small crack into a pothole. We clean, heat and fill cracks with hot rubberized sealant that flexes with the pavement and keeps water out.

About this service

Small cracks, big potholes

Cracks are how water gets under the asphalt. Once it does, freeze-thaw widens them, the base softens, and a pothole follows. Sealing cracks while they are small is the cheapest maintenance there is.

We clean and dry each crack, then fill it with hot-applied rubberized sealant that flexes with the pavement through winter instead of cracking out.
