Parking Lot Painting
A parking lot gets judged in the first three seconds of the drive-in. We lay out new lots and re-stripe faded ones, pulled to a string line and laser, sprayed in a single controlled pass, and reopened by morning.
The most visible maintenance a lot gets
Parking lot painting is the most visible maintenance a property gets. Faded, crooked or missing lines make a lot feel neglected, confuse drivers and cost you stalls. A fresh layout does the opposite: it maximizes the number of legal spaces, moves traffic in the right direction and tells customers the property is looked after.
We handle everything from a first-time layout on new asphalt to yearly re-stripes on busy retail lots. Layouts are chalked on site and confirmed with you before we spray, so the stall count, accessible stalls and fire lanes are right the first time.

Good to know
How long is the lot closed?
Most re-stripes are a single overnight or weekend visit. Waterborne paint is dry to traffic in about an hour in good conditions, and we can stage in sections to keep part of the lot open.
How often should a lot be re-striped?
Every one to two years for busy commercial lots, sooner if lines are hard to see at night or in rain. We will tell you honestly when it is time.
Can you change the layout?
Yes. We can redesign for more stalls or better flow, and black out or remove the old lines so the new layout reads clean.
