Four steps, no surprises

You know the layout, the price and the day before we open a pail. Here's exactly how a job runs from your first call to the final photos.

STEP 01

Site survey & quote

We walk the lot, measure the runs, and send a marked-up plan with a fixed price, the same day. No vague estimates.

STEP 02

Layout, TCP & scheduling

We chalk the layout, confirm stall counts and compliance, build the traffic-control plan where it's needed, and book a window that keeps you open.

STEP 03

Prep & paint

Surfaces get blown clean, lines get pulled to a string and laser, then sprayed in a single controlled pass for a sharp, even edge.

STEP 04

Cure & handoff

Paint cures fast and is traffic-ready by morning. You get before-and-after photos and the final stall count on file.

Your part

What we need from you

The smoother jobs share a few things. None of it is complicated, and if you're not sure, we'll sort it out on the site visit.

A clear lot for the window

Freshly painted lines need to cure without tires rolling over them. For parking lots we'll agree a window, often overnight or a weekend, when the area can stay clear. We can stage the work in sections to keep part of the lot open if you need it.

Any compliance requirements

If your property has specific bylaw, insurer or franchise standards for accessible stalls, fire lanes or signage, tell us up front and we'll build them into the layout.

Access and a decision-maker

Someone who can confirm the final layout and unlock gates or overhead doors. For road work, we handle permits and the traffic-control plan on our side.

Common questions

Good to know

How fast can you get out for a quote?

We aim to have a fixed quote back to you the same day as the site visit. Busy stretches can run a little longer, and we'll tell you if so.

How long does the actual work take?

A standard re-stripe of a mid-size lot is often a single overnight visit. New layouts, sealcoating and larger sites take longer, we'll give you a realistic duration with the quote.

What about weather?

Paint needs dry pavement and reasonable temperatures. If the forecast won't cooperate we'll reschedule to the next suitable window rather than lay paint that won't bond.

Will the lines look different from the old ones?

Sharper. We pull to a string line and laser, so runs are straight and parallel, even if the previous layout drifted.
