Pressure Washing
Dirt and oil are why paint peels. We pressure-wash lots, walkways, parkades and floors to lift grime, gum and oil, as a stand-alone clean-up or as prep before striping and sealcoating.
Paint bonds to clean pavement
Paint does not bond to oil, dust or gum, it bonds to clean pavement. Pressure washing is how a re-stripe lasts, and on its own it is the fastest way to make a lot, walkway or parkade look cared for.
We use hot water and pressures matched to the surface, treat oil and gum spots first, and leave the surface dry and ready for paint or sealcoat.

Good to know

Can you clean a parkade?
Yes, including oil stains and dust from concrete decks.
